Why do people have to be so unkind?
Not to worry. You have beautiful, classic style. The haters here apparently like cheap, fake metal. I'd love your earrings.
Why? Am I missing something? To me, they're not really earrings that would be noticed one way or the other. If you like them, great! The question is whether they are a good choice amongst other choices for someone in their early 20s.

Vrai
Catbird

Quince
Ferkos

Some of these sell plated/vermeil AND solid gold, you just need to read the description well and pay attention to the price. VRAI has good diamonds at an affordable price.

What about these? About the same price, and not trendy, but pretty classic. https://www.tiffany.com/jewelry/earrings/palomas-melody-hoop-earrings-37513717/

Why is it unkind to say we don't like something you own?
Or unkind to say that a 21 year old won't like something a lady twice her age wears?
Why do people have to be so sensitive?
