Isn't there a simple, innocent explanation? He finds young women hot? All men do. He's normal. Unless you think he is sleeping with her, I'd let it go. That you have a great sex life together makes it less likely he will risk losing you.

Look, OP, either you trust your husband or you don't. As you said, he sees the person on a weekly basis. That's a lot, actually, and could have let to this happening in one of so many innocent ways. And he's not hiding anything from you, after all. They follow each other on social media for you and the whole world to see. Since she's apparently the only young hottie he's following my hunch is that she initiated it and he went along, and either forgot or was too sheepish to tell you because, well, look at how you're reacting after all.

Either let it go, or just ask him how it happened already.

I don’t think there is anything weird about it. Is he cheating? I don’t know, but following someone in IG is harmless. I have no idea who my husband follows and I don’t care.
