She was very thin 1st season, but she looked healthy. Now, she looks scary. It reminds me of Ali McBeal when she was wasting away and was portrayed as the sexiest thing around.
Also reminds me of Natalie Dwyer from stranger things. She has a similar very concerning look. And it distracted me watching the episodes. This might be because I am hyper vigilant because my younger sister had an eating disorder that was quite serious. She is doing well now though but there is a certain look.

Is that true? Or how can it be phrased?
Well if you do it for an overweight actress, it's fat shaming.
Okay.
So, again -- is there any way to bring up that an actress -- a public figure in a very public medium -- has lost weight to the point of being scarily thin?
Who decides what is "scarily thin"? That's not a medical term. The truth is that someone else's weight isn't your business, even if they are a public person. You don't know if she's underweight based on looking on her, and even if you did, you don't know why.

How many times does it need to be said that she is anorexic?
She is anorexic. She has said so.

I've spent my whole life getting the "eat a hamburger" comments. Hearing people whisper that I must have an eating disorder. I don't.
Maybe she's perfectly fine. Maybe she's not. But you're not her doctor or her parent, so it's none of your business.
Okay, but Lily Collins does have an eating disorder. It's on record,
