Agree. It was great when it opened, but now is terrible. The ones on Georgia and on Riggs are much better.

Right. And in this magical world what will eventually happen is that insurers will cease to insure urban businesses with too many claims. What happens next, Santa, you ask? Next, the businesses (and their jobs) flee the cities (see San Francisco). If you play out this progressive stupidity, you eventually get the collapse of the commercial real estate market (which would ricochet out - see 2008) because mortgages are predicated upon insurance!

Just make a claim and the insurance fairy magically pulls the money from Scrooge McDuck's tower and so the insurance company never needs to raise rates or increase deductibles on other businesses to make up the loss.
