You ⌠think this viciously personal attack is appropriate?
However dumb Rogen is for his behavior, the nasty ad hominem attacks are worse. This is not a response anyone should celebrate. If you are impressed by it, your parents raised you wrong.

Well I can assure you that normal people are, especially a POC cop who was trying to defend a business. If you dont feel any empathy at this time it may be time for some deep introspection and a personal check in to see what's gone left in you. Good luck.
I personally support the police and feel empathy for this man, I'm saying that people should expect a rush of public support for this man because the zeitgeist seems to be viewing the thieves as Jean Valjean up against this Inspector Jevert.
Well that's a problem. I do think the tide is shifting. At least my friends in LA are almost uniformly outraged at what's going on. They literally had to put out a citywide mandate because so many stores are being smashed and grabbed. When youre quite literally afraid of walking down the street and being shot for any reason because it's happening all over, people start being very critical of these "the poor criminals!" characterizations.

The dudes washed up and happy for any attention. If he had a thriving career and happy life, he wouldnât be engaging with us plebs online.
Never said anything about him cheating, not sure where youâre getting that from.
He is a producer of:
Superbad - about teenage boys getting teenage girls drunk so they can lose their virginity
Sausage Party - ânuff said
Pineapple Express - about scoring weed
Blockers - about teenage girls losing their virginity
Knocked Up - creepy, gross dude doesnât understand condoms and gets a woman pregnant on a one night stand
40 Year Old Virgin - about a 40 year old trying to lose his virginity.
His movies. Are. Gross. And so is he.
No one wants to see juvenile movies about penises and losing virginity anymore. His career is over, heâs probably losing his mind over it, and is so desperate for any kind of attention that he goes nuts online. Heâs always been mentally unwell and now itâs coming out in full force.
You seem pretty desperate, bitter, mentally unwell and like the stick up your as* is the only thing keeping you standing and speaking.
Now Seth's on DCUM. Poor guy.
Mentally unwell fits. Seth Rogen doesnât care about DCUM. You arenât that important or interesting.

Iâm on the left and donât âshrug offâ property crimes. I just think we all need to do our part to make policing easier, and that includes not tempting criminals by leaving items of value visible in your car.
The reason I think this is that when businesses were burned down last summer, the reaction from the left was, well, insurance will cover it, no problem here. And the decriminalization of theft in California also seems to be a move toward treating property crime as a minor infraction. I'm not saying that this is evil or wrong, although I disagree. I'm just saying that Seth R's comment seems very on brand with "it's just stuff, who cares!" I don't think he's a bad person for saying it, it's a good perspective even if I don't think it is best for society. I'm really surprised at the reaction he's getting, considering it's a fairly mainstream view.
