NP. Totally agree with PP. nothing special about a 6 week embryo no bigger than a seed. It doesn’t feel pain, has no awareness, no development, and is literally a clump of cells. I don’t consider it much of anything. 75% of abortions occur before 8 weeks, and 90% by 12. I’m just fine with that

Ours was very planned and our guy brings us so much joy every single day! This is exciting.

Kind of crazy a woman can can irresponsibly get pregnant and decided to abort or keep, but a man has no choice and has fo pay child support. If you have the right to abort, the man should have the right to choose to be responsible for the baby.

My great-grandmother’s youngest child was born when she was 47. My grandmother was pregnant with her first child at the time. My aunt was six months older than her uncle.

My sister and her husband were the same ages, 37 and 50, same situation. He already had 2 grandkids. I don't think this is an unusual scenario, especially if it is a second marriage for the older partner.

All these kids I personally know born to "older" parents all turned out healthy.

My husband and I married when I was 37 and he 50. He already had one grandchild. We then had our daughter. So his granddaughter is 10 years older than his daughter.

Two of my mom's lifelong friends continued to have children after they had become grandmothers. Very close-knit families. I'm a bit envious.

Same situation with my neighbor up the street. Had her twin girls at 20. She just had a baby with with her new husband at 40. One the twin girls just had her first baby too. A very fun family at our recent neighborhood picnic.
