Yeah, no. Literally some of my best friends I've met at the gym.
How bout we modify your rule:
'if headphones are in, don't talk to that person'
But if no headphones are in, its fine to start a convo
We will agree to disagree…
But sometimes I like to workout without headphones? What then?

Please don't make videos for your insta when other people are around. I don't want to be in your video. Also, stop slowly sauntering in the hallway, filming yourself and talking about how you're at the gym again. You're in everyone's way and everyone else is trying to work out for real instead of pretend to work out for likes.
If you are in a weight room with closed doors and the only other patron is female, wave and then stay away.

No it is not ok to use the hot tub naked OR in your dirty underwear. Vomit
Shower first, and naked is fine. What's the problem with naked in the hot tub?
I don't get this, either. What would be wrong with it? That's why they're in the locker room, not in the pool area.
My gym has signage that swimsuits are required in the hot tubs. I used to think this was unnecessary but reading your posts makes me realize that common sense is not common.

Put your best RBF on and avoid eye contact if you do not want to have a conversation. I actually do not mind having a conversation if I have the time. If I don't have it I tell people just that. So that would be another option. You dont have to have a conversation even if you get approached.

I’m amazed that you haven’t shamed him into getting into shape. It’s sad and embarrassing when a wife is in better shape than her husband - though I see it all the time. You shouldn’t worry about being unattractive to him… I think he is worried about being unattractive to you, but instead of making himself more attractive he is trying to drag you down to his level. What a loser!
He is not out of shape, though he is the cardio bunny and I am the lifter in my household. But he often complains about the lack of muscle on him and I think there is some element of truth on what you said about him worrying about him becoming unattractive to me, because I think he convinced himself is that all I care about is muscle. I also dont think he would ever join me at the gym because he would be worried about all the huge guys he imagines there and about me outlifting him.

Ugh, just my personal opinion, but runner's bodies are not even remotely attractive. He's right to be worried
He is a rower, so it is not so bad. I would very much agree with the runner body assessment. I would still not be an a**hole to him though if running would be something he genuinely enjoys. I wish he looked that way at my lifting. I am not doing it for the muscle, though I do not mind it either, but because it makes me feel good.
You guys are such great role models for your kid. Grow up.
