An OJ kind of verdict is very plausible in NYC. Jurors simply ignore evidence to make a point. It’s not an open and shut case at all given the context of the times we live in. You can never separate the letter of the law from human sensibilities. The prosecutor better be prepared for that.
Agree. I struggle with having sympathy for the victim and can’t help hoping Luigi gets off.
Guilt or innocence isn't determined by the amount of sympathy you have for the victim. It's not a popularity contest.
