That’s nothing.
They allowed in the planning & confession notebook, weapon and everything else in the bag that was taken out at the station but not taken out at the McDs. Like bullets in boxers, silencer, bus tix, more notes and receipts etc.
I’m sure he said more at the station than in the McDs too. All admissible.

Which is why getting a unanimous verdict will be difficult. Absolutely everyone in America thinks health insurance CEOs are vile with countless people dying due to their greed. An OJ kind of verdict is very plausible in NYC. Jurors simply ignore evidence to make a point. It’s not an open and shut case at all given the context of the times we live in. You can never separate the letter of the law from human sensibilities. The prosecutor better be prepared for that.
