Do any research on the coach at Robinson HS then get back to us. Even the Next Level coaches would not make that statement.

Heights.......St Andrews....GC.....Ireton....etc....cant match some publics.....if you think they can...you know nothing about lacrosse. Severna Park, Broadneck, River Hill, South River, Westminster, Century, Glen Elg, Howard, Hereford, Fallston, Towson, Catonsville, Marriott's Ridge, Kent Island, Queen Annes, Churchill, Quince Orchard, Urbana, Linganore, Moddletown, Northcounty, and Hebron would demolish any private that is not a top tier

Nobody thinks the heights or albans are powerhouses. But what we do know is that these schools would beat your NOVA public schools. The talent speaks for itself, but on the more important aspect let’s look at coaching. Are you gonna argue that any NOVA coach is 1/10 as knowledgeable as Mitchell/Heeter?

How about the actual commitment a team has to their porogram, how well they play together… those are all thing that come in private school lacrosse and why private will always destroy public.

Even if school A & school B are 100% equal in talent, of school A is a WCAC school and school B is a NOVA school, A will always win. School A will be practicing together 3-4x week in offseason to build chemistry. School A will have an actual coach that knows lacrosse. School A will have more invested players.

St. John’s just updated schedule and added St. Anthony’s in Long Island. Tough

I'd put Gonzaga at #2 and PVI at #3 in the WCAC. We all know SJC is the clear favorite and will have some serious distance between the rest of the league.

DeMatha graduated 8 out of 10 starters and will be in a rebuilding year under Dave Mitchell. The Stags will be the 4th place team in the league; I also think there will be a steep drop-off in the competition after Gonzaga and PVI.

In the IAC, the top 4 teams will be very balanced and competitive with one another. I see GP taking a step back as they too graduated a mega senior class, Landon brings back a good portion of their squad from last year, and as do the Saints. While Bullis graduated a stellar senior class, they are the best-coached team in the IAC and in my opinion the best offensive player in the league by a mile.

Competition looked pretty even last year with the top 4 in lacrosse. But your right. In football and Basketball the WCAC would destroy the IAC.

Truth. That goes for any league, in any sport.

Aren’t too many local leagues that can compete against the WCACs top 4 in any sport. Just too good

Ok. The backups of the good schools would crush St Albans. They are bad. Yorktown even has 2 D1 commits at pole and 3rd from NL ‘22. St Albans has an ‘23 LSM that actually can’t defend at all. Heights has a goalie and that’s about it. Won’t come within 10 of SJC or GZ. Schools like STA and Heights should schedule Riverside, Robinson, and Yorktown. Better than playing O’Connell or Ireton.
