NP. That’s true, but administrating monoclonal antibodies requires hospitalization, and in some places, they don’t have the staff to take more patients, so you can’t count on having easy access to treatment once you’ve already got covid.

Because it’s all over the map. Some studies seem to indicate it’s long lasting and a strong defense against covid, other studies indicate it’s fleeting and less robust than the response from vaccine immunity, some sources say the strength of it depends on how severe the initial case was. It’s not a guarantee at all. Get vaccinated.

An Alaska state senator pitched a fit refusing to comply with mask mandate at airport and so has been banned from Alaska Airlines indefinitely. It is the only airline now flying from Juneau to Anchorage (where her district is located). Best paragraphs are the last two:

Meanwhile police officers openly brag about slacking off on the job as a form of passive protest to vaccine mandates.
