I assume the shock was due to the lack of relevant, transferable skills for the governorship.
She did some things after the military. However, I am not sure there is a governorship education requirement.

He activated the national guard for No Kings protests. He is no centrist.
I wonder what he will do if Spanberger is elected. Call them up to prevent her from taking office?
