so the coalition's logic is both that few seats are allocated and that few seats are unallocated?
They are describing the mechanism designed by the board whereby Asian students who were previously eligible to apply, are now unable to apply for a majority of the seat positions.

You mean poor people aren't selfish and opportunity hoggers?
What opportunities do you think poor people are hoarding?
People hoard whatever resources they do have. Calling people opportunity hoarders is like calling people food eaters. I can't believe they eat food. The nerve of them!!!!
If an American can’t afford to eat, we give them food for free because we have collectively agreed that it’s inhumane to let people starve. If a bright child’s family can’t afford test prep for what is supposed to be a free school then they have to suck it up.
Point. Not is it fair to snatch food from one kid to feed another. It does not matter if the kid's ethnicity on the average still has a lot of food. That individual kid is harmed and this country recognizes individual rights not community rights.
Exactly. I agree that poor kids don't belong at TJ

Ok, then why describe the seats allocated as 'few'?

Yup. Some wealthy parents think they are entitled to TJ.
And apparently some poor people think they are entitled to TJ.
No, they don’t. But they would like to believe that if they have a bright kid who’s STEM-capable, that they’ll have a shot even though they can’t afford the exam prep.
Then stop the exam prep. Why support measures that throw the baby out with the bathwater?
LOL, how are you going to stop someone from prepping for an exam?
Then dont have an exam. There are many things can be done other than the current process which will be constitutionally kosher.
