The defense's strategy, to the extent they seem to have one at all, seems to be to try to taint the jury pool. They don't have much else to try.

Can you imagine being in college reading about your father’s killer over and over again social media, his Asian girlfriends’ selfies, how hot he is, how much money he’s raised, what a good guy he USED to be?
This is still at fever pitch on X, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok with the fan girls and Hawaii Asian girls. And I dont find him attractive nor does he strike me as the type to want intimate selfie photos taken kissing a girlfriend in a hotel room. I guess he liked the social influencer types? Blech.

It wouldn't be necessary to engineer a Welrod to match the ghost gun. All you need to do is plant the gun and the replace the bullets found on the scene. Did someone perform field forensics or was it sent back to an FBI lab for processing?
