💯 and the way Glennon describes how they “immediately “ fell for each other, sounds like a trauma bond, and both seem co-dependent, especially Glennon. Glennon is definitely emotionally stunted as people with untreatable BPD are. I always thought it was so weird that Abby was looped into her annoying podcast. Why? Abby had her own career and a successful one, it probably brings in more listeners I guess

I cannot handle Glennon’s play dumb about soccer bits that she thinks are so cute. There’s nothing cute about pretending you know nothing about a game your wife and kids are obsessed with…you KNOW soccer, Glennon. It’s just so weird that she pretends she’s dumb with the whole calling the referee a judge. She’s very emotionally stunted.

I still read some of Sarah Bessey's stuff, and I think she has about exactly the same audience that she had years ago. She's still very much a religion writer with a heavily Christian bent. She's not a favorite of the 'women can't preach' crowd, but that's about it. I think her main deal the past few years has been running the Evolving Faith gathering and things related to it. (I WILL agree that she treads a fine line between sincerity and being a bit TOO twee and sweet, but also I think that is her personality.)

I think Jamie was (obviously) shattered by her son's death and has largely backed away from any online presence since then. And you know what? I applaud her for not turning it into something to market. Beyond that I have no opinion on her.

I also never really read Kristen Howerton as a 'religious' mommy blogger in the way that Jen and Sarah were. She just seemed like a parenting blogger who stepped back from it to give her kids more privacy (plus I think they must all be about grown by now?). I think she just tired of it all, but that's just my speculation.

Ugh I know, the smugness is on another level. I person believe Glennon has borderline personality disorder and I’m saying that not in judgment but I truly hope she gets help for it.

When you take away the perks of fame, what does Jen actually have to offer a decent man? Her life is chaotic, she’s narcissistic, and her existing relationships are kind of culty. It’s almost like she’s buying a relationship with Tyler. Exchanging part of her fame for the pretence of love.

Glennon is textbook narc. If a man did the things to Abby that Glennon does (the disregard for her stuff, her area, etc) it would be considered borderline abusive. But Glennon is all "wheee! Look at quirky me! I am so silly! Abby, come sit on the bed next to me for all to see!" Glennon is so much worse than Jen.

If I looked half as good as Tina at her age I would proudly strut around my state and get all the attention I deserved. She has a killer body, great skin, clothes are not my style but whatever. She looks fabulous imo

Oh trust me, I think Tina looks fantastic. But, and I am no Jen apologist, I feel terrible that Brandon basically imploded the marriage, then went off, got married and carries on with a true "trophy" wife. Jen is floundering and not well and has the booby prize of childish Tyler. I refuse to call him a man-child because there is no discernable adult male present.

Abby is an even bigger mess than Glen, clinging to Glen like “you’re my savior. Tell me every day that you’ll never leave me”.
