A very long time ago a principal put in JIP at Great Falls and then went to Aldrin when that school opened. That makes two schools that didn't want JIP when they opened - Aldrin and Colvin Run. Each in better locations for program transfers. The fact that 2 new schools opened and principals said NO on moving that operational program to their new school succinctly presents the negative impact on the school as a whole. What experienced principal given the honor of opening a new school turns down program money? Any other examples?
