Meanwhile our enemies are Toying with us again after Turkey just launched air attacks on the US backed Kurds in Northern Syria. Wonder if that was collusion as well?

Leader McConnell, he runs the Senate, He can start a debate on immigration on the floor, and in the -- on the floor of the Senate with the snap of his fingers. Let's vote on a clean bill. And then Senator McConnell, being the leader of the Senate, can put an immigration bill on the floor of the Senate. And we welcome that debate. We think we have the high ground on that debate. Do not, we say to our Republican friends, do not hold hostage the funding of the Department of Homeland Security that keeps us safe over an unrelated fight on immigration." The #SchumerShutdown has one goal in mind, to embarrass the president and slow his momentum. The democrats are Making America Last Again.

For that alone, I give the Democrats props.

I think the Republican Congress is dirt and not thinking took highly of dems either right now but this disaster is on Trump. They had a deal worked out and he totally effed it up and then effed up their desperate backup chip plan. McConnell can't even pass a clean bill because no one knows what Trump will do.

Why hasn’t the master “deal maker”offered something to the 15 Democrats they need?

He offered deals but stuck within 4 pillars and the Dims broke that by moving the goal post. We all know the Dims need these 800k voters for re-election and a path to citizenship is different than citizenship.

The shutdown is almost worth it just to toy with Trump's emotions. He can't tolerate staying in DC on the weekends.

For that alone, I give the Democrats props.

Good for you. BTW, this does not make you superior to anyone else on here.

Never said or alleged I was superior to anyone here. The problem with the left is they always resort to the "victim card" and frankly it's getting old.

Keep pretending. The DemocRATs blew it by letting illegal “Dreamers” force them into a shutdown. What a joke.

I just came from my kid’s hockey game, and ALL the Dads blame the DemocRATs and love how Trump is finally putting these people in their place. Even the couple who are fully shaven and NEVER have a mustache and goatee.

All the dads? What about the moms?

They are all at the women’s march because they are so pissed off at Sleazy Don.

He's doing to the country what he did to his businesses. And to the porn stars.

Which is worse - Trump walking away from the deal he made with Schumer or Kelly walking Trump away from the deal he made with Schumer?
