I'm beginning to agree with Trump's comment: it is ALL sides. These Antifa people are scary.
Anti-fascists: fighting racism, bigotry, anti-Semitism, and nazism
Nazis: fighting for white suprematism and hatred and oppression of non-whites
I know which side I'm on.

The white nationalists love Alex Jones and The daily stormer. The latter published this after Heather Heyer's murder. This is the undiluted message that is currently being massaged ("lone wolf" will be "road rage") for propagation in less insane fora.

It's very different to say "A violent group of people attacked innocent bystanders" versus "Two violent groups clashed."
Again, there is no excuse for violent behavior, people who acted out in violence against others, except in self defense, should be brought to justice and face the full consequence under our laws. This include white nationalists, Nazis, Antifa members, and BLM activists.
This is the same as saying "violence from all sides" and you know it. Only one side showed up armed with the intent to fight.
I feel certain they were also hoping to get footage or photos of law enforcement attacking the alt-right, so they could use it in their recruitment materials. It seems they've learned a few things from the likes of ISIS.
The right to peaceably assemble is one worth fighting for. It's a despicable and diabolical mindset that uses that right to assemble with weapons and intent to use them.
I've never wanted to see people stripped of their citizenship before now. Round this trash up, drive them to the Mexico border and make them walk over to Nuevo Laredo.
Wrong. The counter protestors showed up with chemical sprays and threw some of the first punches, per the WaPo.
And things like this happened:
I will post again, but some people complained they don't read the Root.
This 20 year old was chased down in the parking garage. He received 8 staples to the skull, a broken wrist and a chipped tooth. His name is Deandre Harris. There is video of this taking place in addition to the photos. WTF is wrong with society? I don't care if he said F you to the protestors or gve them the finger or told them they suck. Nothing, NOTHING, justifies multiple people beating a man with a steel pole.
Were these attackers identified and arrested?

Why can't they just go to college, major in something that will enable them to earn an income? A white Ann with a degree is more likely to get a callback than any other demographic. If they could focus their energies toward something productive and develop themselves so that they can be competitive in this country then they would be able to provide for themselves.

Silly string versus a ton of steel. Girl, you're funny.
These people don't stop with silly string. I suspect you know that. These were the ones breaking windows at the Inauguration.

What do these Nazi's fear?
I know it's more than the simple removal of Confederate statues.
What are they afraid of?

Complete lunacy for anyone to have gone out to that event. You obviously can't count on McAuliffe to allow the cops to protect you. Sad.
I realize that the alt right final has a Fox News provided talking point. This isn't the fault of white supremacists, or Trump, or the alt-right, or the Judge who would not allow the City to move it to a more appropriate location for security or the poor misunderstood guy driving a car into pedestrians. It's McAuliffe's (because Hillary). But please link to the evidence that he prevented cops from doing their job. That they tried to intervene and were given a stand down order. Thanks!

Counterprotester pepper spray is a provocation.
Gotcha.
It's all wrong. Just like punching someone in the face at school is wrong. Raping is wrong. Stealing is wrong. Killing is wrong. Some are worse than others, but all will get you into trouble.
Nah, there you are again with your false equivalence. Pepper spray gets you irritated eys. An AR gets you DEAD
Guess we can assume you think it's fine to pepper spray someone at a rally.
Guess we can assume you think it's okay to throw urine at someone at a rally. Or built some one with sticks and poles at a rally.
