Stop being the ECNL Director of just the teams you coach. BSC is not structured like MRM, and you are in the big leagues of youth soccer now. Show leadership and map a direction for ALL teams under your purview which you are being paid to do.
The way each team seems to be in their own silo, does not help the club in the long run (or maybe you don't care).
Which team is your daughter on?
Not the PP but why does it matter?
because i think that person is full of shit. too many people on these boards want to talk shit but then wont say whos team theyre on, or if they are even part of the club
Agreed! It's parents that don't like Bethesda for one reason or another. It's ignorant. Could be a couple of parents posting multiple times posing as different people.
I'd bet money it is mostly Mclean parents and or current and former Potomac parents. Who else can I add, Metro United parents. Parents that have thin skin and don't like criticism.

so you have no experience with BSC for at least the last 5 years?

It's a shame how people post anonymously and cannot be held accountable. The lack of truth over the past 10 pages is absolutely ridiculous especially when it comes to players leaving.
I cannot speak about Kevin as I have no experience with him. Plenty of experience with Dave, who is a good man and good coach.
FYI, as a parent of DCs who graduated in '16 and '19, I do know what I am speaking of. For those that are clueless, the age change had a major affect on teams 5 years ago. When these teams split, some kids played up, some stayed on age, and some left for another club with other players they likes. Absolutely nothing to do with coaches.
As for now a days, kids change clubs at U14 and under. It's normal for parents/players not to like a coach, teammates, or parents. Happens at every club. Always has, always will.
Bunch of beginners here, sheesh!

No one is doing it because the coaching is better at Bethesda or the Bethesda parents are less obnoxious.
Awesome that you are aware of everything!! How do you do it??
My daughter is on a team that has multiple northern va residents.
Reasoning: Bethesda’s best players joined McLean and displaced the less talented McLean players. These players then joined Bethesda. Hence, the reason your DD’s team has multiple VA residence.
ROFL. ok. do whatever it takes to make yourself feel better about where your daughter ended up
