Not even the DA can control the weather.
ECNL has had to cancel games at showcase events too. I can recall rainstorms causing problems at PDA.

What happened was a crazy temperature drop (70s on Sunday, 30s on Monday) and snowstorm last night. U17s were moved to turf. U14s were canceled. Pretty good job in keeping the games that mattered from a recruiting point of view. Of course it sucks for those players and families who did not get a third game, but completely beyond anyone's control. Settle down people. Not a reflection on DA. It's not supposed to snow on the last day of April -- even in Denver.

Pretty good job in keeping the games that mattered from a recruiting point of view. I believe the specific prediction about Maryland Spirit is that Baltimour Armour/Pipeline will be awarded the DA and the Spirit name and affiliation will no longer exist.
Baltimore Armour is being added to the DA pages under the girls designations I see. Will Spirit be taken away? we will see
