Precisely.

Anonymous wrote:"Christians" in the Christmas season are giving money to build a Wall to keep out refugees escaping war instead of using that money to feed them.
Christ was very specific about this.
Shame on all of you.

Dude, CBP employees who actually know what they’re doing say the wall won’t work. You all and Trump are the only people who want a 15th century solution.
A survey of border agents in 2017 showed when asked about specific vulnerabilities in border security only 1% identified the lack of a wall as a security shortfall and only 4% identified fencing as an area of concern in border security.

So as Bart learned from Homer - "can't win, don't try". So we are just supposed to let people poor in unvetted? How many? Will they live with you? In your neighborhood? Attend your schools? Most of the people on this board avoid the schools that are bearing the brunt of this burden. Conditions are pretty rotten in lots of countries around the world. Do the citizens of all of these countries have a right to immigrate to the US? If that is the case, then we do not have a country.
Good walls and fences do work. They are a deterrent and they slow people down. Are they perfect? Of course not. I'm all for e-verify and catching people who have overstayed their visas. There has to be law and order - right now we have chaos. It is unfair to the people who follow the process. It is unfair to the communities that absorb most of these people.
Learn some facts before spouting off. Thanks.
What is incorrect about what I said? Do you have locks on the doors of your house? I guess you can remove them because, well, people will just figure out a way around them.
Please go find some common sense.

And, which war is that? Do you think all the citizens of whole countries that are struggling should be welcomed here? We welcome more immigrants than any other country--and that is a great thing. We could welcome more legal immigrants if we did not have so many pushing ahead of the line.

Why can't Schumer understand that?
