Then obviously it’s the women who are at fault.

Anonymous wrote:Weinstein is scum and almost certainly a rapist and I'm glad he went to jail but that was a bad case. From the testimony I recall, the only one who described actual forcible rape was Annabella Sciorra but I believe he wasn't convicted of that one. Her testimony https://www.npr.org/2020/01/23/799059027/actress-annabella-sciorra-testifies-that-harvey-weinstein-raped-her
O
The others essentially testified to quid pro quo sexual harassment which also is terrible thing but probably should have been a civil sexual harassment case.

He really died at the opportune moment, didn't he?
OMG, you need to do your research. A&E has made a great multi episode series depicting how horrible he was, they rerun it frequently, well worth watching. It's also been shown on Vice, who do a great job of airing horrible behavior by many who escape it while living.

You shouldn’t get convicted for sleazy consensual sex for work favors. Those women knew exactly what they were doing and are upset it didn’t go their way. I feel sorry for the women whose careers have been ruined when they didn’t put out, not the ones who did and then complained about it later. They are just as guilty as Weinstein.
no, he was in a position of power and exploited it. He SHOULD be convicted.
It’s not illegal to sleep with your boss. Stop being ridiculous.
It is if it’s contingent on getting job or not getting fired.
I'm fairly open minded, but I'd never sleep with someone for a job. I wouldn't sleep with someone to save my job either.
Well my H is in law enforcement, and he gets calls where a teen and immigrants are required to give sexual favors to keep their job.
If someone is calling the cops on the boss it doesn't seem required.
It does when they did it to keep their job until somebody found out then told them it's illegal to do that.
