terribly sad. also i find it horrible that the parents involved arent coming forward. i cant believe, but am glad, that the kids were recording some of this on social media. may the dead boys rest in peace and may those involved be held accountable.
If Ellis is to be treated like an adult so should Li and Murk be treated like adults. They were in the wrong, drunk, got in a car with an intoxicated driver, and didn't wear seat belts. You refer to Li and Murk as "kids" and "boys."

Yep and as pp said, if you or someone you love ever faced criminal charges, it's best you lawyer-up as well.
Especially if you're guilty as hell of criminal activity contributing to the killing of two people.

Ahead of the facts, again. It's valid to say, "I think they did something really bad that contributed to the killing of two people." But it's not valid to say, "They're guilty of criminal activity that contributed to the killing of two people." before charges have even been filed.
I didn't say "they're guilty" of anything. You are fooling no one here.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Astounding, Montgomery County. Shame on you.
What does have Montgomery County have to do with it besides the place where the death occurred? The Court of Appeals which is located in Annapolis made the decision in this case.
Anonymous wrote:It truly is sad. The kid and his parents have lawyered up. The parents hosting the party have lawyered up. Both Ellis and Li had citations but yet their parents allowed them out to party again. Very sad.
