If your DD plays on a team here they are not a candidate for D1 college soccer. There are only about 10% of the clubs in this league (not in NOVA) that have good players who play like the college coaches want. Even if your team is winning a lot of league games, it doesn’t mean they are a good team. Most of the winning teams locally are winning because they play kick and run well. Teams that get recruits play a team game as that’s what is required at the college level. Selfish play is rewarded but actually is detrimental to your DD’s prospect.
What you fail to understand, is GA is the best option for 2013 and below moving forward. GA is taking over.

Everyone said GA was the best option for 2012 and below last year. What changed? Is 2012 GA better option anymore?
What happened to the mighty Alexandria 2012s
They lost 1 league game. I wouldn’t write them off yet. But it’s also a mostly new team still figuring out how to play together.
The fall season is almost over. They really should have "figured out how to play together" by now.
They are tied for second in the league, I think they are fine friend.
I am not pp, but you sound obnoxious.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Wake up parents! We aren't friends, baby boy/baby girl/baby they. You are the one who said they needed to "learn how to play together.
As for being second in the league, top to bottom, the league isn't very strong. GA saw to that when they formed it, unfortunately.
The Alexandria Warrior has made his/her/their triumphant return!!!!

Silly U-little parents. Thinking the team record or quality of the league at age 13 means anything for their child’s soccer future. If only your future self from a few years from now could talk to you.
You make no sense. This isn't "u little". Clearly, you aren't bright enough to understand the "insult" people try to use against people who brag/worry about elementary school aged kids and teams.
If only your family, to include your disappointed parents, could stand to be around someone like you for any extended length of time.
