Don’t worry- she hasn’t been booked yet. Her lawyer made special arrangements to go with her to the station to be charged. Once they’ve formally charged her, I’m guessing there will be a mug shot.
I'm amazed that her name was not leaked weeks ago.
Right?!?! It's crazy, the Russian's have all our damn intel on their invasion of Ukraine and we can't get this clearly negligent woman's name for months....

But, I think I read that the gun was registered to the mom--so that could be why. Gun was her responsibility.
That explains the gun charge but not the felony child neglect. But the Grand Jury is still deliberating so maybe something will come on that.
Do we know if the parents lived together?

The gun was registered to the mother. That was the person responsible.

I would love to know the logic for charging the Mom and not the Dad. Reports have said both parents took turns taking the kid to school. The gun was in the family house. How did they determine that the Mom was more at fault then the Dad?
