He admitted to cheating on her and it seems pretty obvious he has other issues going on...substance abuse, ptsd, addictions, etc.

Jen isn't my favorite and she bugs me a lot, but this is...not it.

A father who has essentially abandoned his kids for other women and substance abuse is no 'great father' in my mind. Guess what he wasn't doing while sleeping with the other women and getting loaded...being a a present father. No Father of the Year trophy for Brandon, and let's not sex shame Jen. I probably would be turned off by my using and cheating husband too...if he could even get it up after all the boozing and sleeping around with God knows who...


Sex shame. Thank you. I’ve been feeling some sort of way about all of the mentions of Jen not “putting out” for Brandon (such a sexist phrase, btw). You have named what I couldn’t put my finger on. I agree with you, how do these people really even know what happened in J/B’s bedroom??? Why does Brandon get a free pass for utter debauchery and Jen is repeatedly held accountable for perceived lack of sexual intimacy? As a former evangelical Christian, I find the sexual shaming and pro-Brandon comments to be triggering. The patriarchal brainwashing has certainly worked on so many of these women. Shitty husbands don’t “deserve” sex. It’s not a duty. It’s the product of a healthy relationship, and not the other way around.

Yes, it’s very clear he was a good dad and still is. He was a terrible husband and she was clearly not a good wife. No intimacy for years, seriously.
Fathers Day should have been his day and I hope all of his children recognized him on that day. Unless Jen has brain washed them to despise him for what he did to her. After years of no intimacy, and God only knows what else. Can you imagine being married to that woman? One day, his kids will grow up and see that life happens, hoping they don’t have to endure heartache, but guarantee they will. Once they have their own experiences, they will then look back and wish they had more sympathy for their father.
I’m a dad and have experienced this same scenario.
Hopefully they are not running all over him and using what he did as an excuse to take whatever they need from him. My children did that for a couple of years but after realizing what was going on, I stop, play me myself and put my foot down with all of them. We couldn’t be closer now. In fact, one of my children has been married and divorced. After that, she came to me and only said “I get it now. “

I happen to like Brandon and respect the fact that he doesn’t make every holiday about himself. He keeps his post short, sweet, simple about the people that he loves.

I didn’t think the comments were that bad. It’s mostly Christian women saying they believe something is a sin based on their belief/interpretation of the Bible. (Which Jen also believed and preached at some point.) Not sure why everyone is always so shocked by that. Muslims believe the same thing. No one ever calls them out for it.

If someone else believes I’m going to hell for my lifestyle, I don’t care.

Who actually cares, it's just a plot for her to try to sell something. Honestly for Jen's sake, I pray she just steps out of the social media platform. She's just ruining the image people once had of her with all of her selling garbage. I fell for her and it's a true shame. I don't think it's a money thing rather an addiction to the attention and the importance she feels to her followers. Misguided as it may be, the lady thinks she's actually doing people good, and that they want to hear from her. I think she believes she's actually an influencer of people. Maybe at one time, but that ship sailed a long time ago. I am beginning to think that might have been Brandon's doing all along. One thing is for sure Big Sass is not helping her image AT ALL!!!! That dude is just a strange dude. I actually feel sorry for Jen that she's appears to be chasing after him. She could do so much better! I know many think the whole relationship is just a rouse and maybe it is. For her sake, I hope so, but also how horrible to be making such a fool out of yourself?
