And despite the many stories of police brutality on black men she was willing to lie and fabricate a story of a black man threatening and assaulting a white woman and her dog. And listen to her acting as she grows more and more hysterical on the phone, pleading as if he was torturing her when all he was doing was standing there recording her with his phone. Imagine if there was no recording and the police showed up to the two of them arguing after the 911 call. Imagine what they would have done.

And it has happened again and again that black men are shot for a number of fictional reasons including that they were threatening police, resisting arrest, that they made a sudden move, that the officer was sure that they were reaching for the gun. Look at the stories of Botham Jean, Walter Scott, Oscar Grant, Stephon Clark, the list goes on and on. What she did was malicious. I can't believe that anyone is as naive as she claims to be that she didn't realize that she could be signing that man's death warrant. The stories of black men, unarmed men, nonviolent men who are beaten, abused, and killed by white police officers, especially if they are told by a frantic 911 call that the black man was threatening and assaulting a white woman are chilling. And that is what she wanted to happen to him, all for having the audacity to ask her to put her dog on a leash as required by law to protect the wild bird habitat for the protections of the birds.

You are extremely naive, privileged and ignorant if you think that what was said above is too much.

Yes, you hate this new day and age when white privileged racists can no longer get away with lying and accusing minorities of all sorts of things and automatically being believed to the detriment of the minorities. In the 1980's Amy Cooper's call would have summoned the police and from the frantic 911 phone call would have immediately taken Christian Cooper into custody and thrown him in prison accused of assault. That's assuminig that he was not assaulted and possibly killed for being a threat to the police. And with the court system all but shut down, Governor Cuomo has waived the right to a speedy trial and accused like this are left for weeks or months in prison waiting for an arraignment and trial.

You hate this day and age when minorities have proof of lying racism by bigots like Amy Cooper and the privileged white woman gets her comeuppance rather than the uppity black man.

Uhh in the old days and still in some places this innocent man would’ve been lynched by white mobs based on this woman’s lie. Thank goodness he got it on video and that his sister posted it to social media. How much you want to bet this woman has done something similar before? And maybe it worked, which is why she’s doing it again?

Maybe not, but if you watch the video, she definitely abused the dog. Yanking a dog by the collar so hard that it yelps in pain is abuse. And she deserved to have the dog taken away.
