I still disagree ... if you are doing something like a spring break trip to Disney, or hiking with the family, touring Yellowstone, etc., this is a totally legitimate choice and will often look more put together than some of the other options, particularly with a high quality tee and the right sneakers or sandals. It's a sporty, athletic look, that looks really good on some women in some contexts:
