I don't know who is ranked higher--it depends on the time. She literally is a co-chair of the MET gala. Some people like to say, wow, this is her first time chairing? I guess she wasn't good enough before (for 20+ years mind you). So, that means she is at the height of her career now? I personally think she has had many heights, long before this.
