It does sound like there will be some FCV players who follow him to VDA. But unless they’re playing on a team that he coaches, I can’t imagine that he can wave a magic wand to replace an existing VDA player on another coaches team with an FCV player unless that player is legitimately better than the VDA player.

Those are Loudoun park and rec fields. Unless they throw money at Loudoun to turf them like they have in the past, then they're at the whim of pool field allocation. Loudoun Soccer usually has more kids playing and wins all the allocations.
