Looks like you've already begun. One party is in power and has intentionally misled and stalled. There have been 4 presidencies since Clinton so it's not equivalent. Go after them all but need independent special prosecutors and start from the top.

I'm hoping they also go after the CEOs and their businesses. Maybe see if any trips were filed as business trips and put them in prison and fine their companies billions of dollars to bankrupt them.
