1 daughter plays for an ecnl team, the other ga. chill. so yes I was at the ga tournament and currently at the ecnl tournament in nc. there is NO comparison. ga tournament was depressing.

ECNL is a higher level overall but it seems like DPL/Aspire is not as far off from RL league.
Some of the Aspire teams are extremely good. Locally SYC's U12, U13, U14 Aspire teams are good and routine punch above their weight.
Then, look at New York FC Academy, they were entered into Aspire this year and beat VDA 6-2 in the U13 Bethesda Cup. They will probably promote all their Aspire teams into the GA.
And yes, there are some talented DPL teams that catch team off guard. People say it all the time, being in the league does not mean quality.
