And that's the whole point. They couldn't be SROs. There is a selective process to become an SRO.
And if you had had a professionally trained SRO respond to this, it never would have happened.

GOOD. I am floored that these officers are still in a position to respond to similar calls. There’s been no accountability for this horrendous incident.

The cops were called on a child(ren) at PBES in February 2020? Can you share more? I'm a PBES parent and never heard about this. We need to work together to ensure this never happens again to any child at any school.
It was the kid of a parent who filed a complaint. The school was changing student grades without telling anyone / parents. It's a big mess for MCPS, so I doubt you'll hear much about it.
