I think lasagna is insane invention. I hate all the work. It is so much easier just to take boiled pasta, ground beef, the cheese and spices, boil a random small bodied pasta, throw in the cheese and whatever, mix and bake into casserole.

It is insanity .. all that works .. those layers while you still chew it and swallow it.. and for the stomach it is all the same. Why all the trouble?

I love deconstructed lasagna.

Yes!
and also, so cruel to make a cow to have a baby just so you can "milk her" for the rest of her poor bovine life?

Otherwise a cow would not make milk but it is like with humans, once you had a baby you can technically nurse indefinitely as in .. forever.

Rafaello, the white chocolate version of Ferro Rocher, just melts like an angel kiss in the mouth.

Ferro Rocher are the worst candy EVER. I have no clue why they are so popular.

Totally agree! You would never know it was even in the lasagna.

You can see the cottage cheese

No you really cannot unless you put it on the top layer. I use small curd + it disappears.

When you are eating the middle layers....you can see it.

So do those Pepperidge Farms cookies with the macadamia nuts and the coconut. It just takes longer.
