Their guilt or innocence is not determined by his clothing. I think they’re all guilt of murder. Still, he was wearing tan cargo shorts and a red belt. State’s exhibit 7.

They were not running shorts.
Do a google image search for ANY US runner, races, ads for training programs, etc. and you will not see anyone wearing knee length khaki cargo shorts. You will see more people wearing banana costumes than in cargo shorts.
