Exactly. Anything criminal is past the statute of limitations anyway. The issue now is what Trumps behavior says about him, not whether he could be prosecuted for it. Looking at this through a narrow criminal law lens is the wrong way to do it.


Don't be so sure about a statute of limitations barring charges. Some states, inlcuding Florida, have none when the victim is a minor, when there is a cover up, etc.


Florida will not bring charges against trump.

Based on the 20,000 Epstein files in Pinpoint, various Democrats are mentioned, though not necessarily implicated. But that said, the Pinpoint name index showed a lot more Republicans than Democrats. It also showed Trump being named 1600 times. Any release from DoJ that does not show similar ratios of DJT and Republican references will point to a cover up.
