One of the assistant coaches is a former SSSAS lax standout under Coach Jenkins, Harvard Lax player and in the US Lax Hall of Fame. I think her daughter went to Duke as well.

That's 3 years straight with a Duke commit for Cap Blue AND Potomac. Impressive.

Great coaching at Potomac and also McLean Youth Lacrosse back in the day. Another Duke commit from Potomac's Mom was one of the best coaches developing talent at a young age. Some of the best local 2025/2026/27's played for her and the original founder of Pride who also coaches at Potomac now. It all started with the basics!
