Subject: GFR Falling apart?
Meeting slides show a 33% reduction of players from 2025 to 2026. From 98% acceptance to a 71% acceptance rate. Nevermind which side of this circus drama is right or wrong, 1/3 of the customers have already said f it we're out. The club has been irreparably hurt reputationally, socially, financially, and more. That's a shame.

And how do you think the club gets money? Perhaps, from the individual fees we all pay out of our own pockets? And paying from insurance is not free as someone alluded to... it's money lost in terms of insurance rates at best, at worst its lose of coverage. And even when he loses this case, the cost to the lawyers GFR has paid must be ridiculous. How much money has the club already lost to lawyers because of ML (BOD not coach)? It must be far greater than any amount he "alleges" others have done.

So someone who cares so much about the financials of GFR wants the YOUTH soccer club to give him a payday! Got it!
Takes a special kind of person to sue a youth soccer association for money.
The club is presumably insured against these claims, so any money isn’t coming out of anyone’s pocket (except for any amounts up to the SIR).
And if they use insurance their premiums will either skyrocket or they'll get dropped. Ultimately, the club will PAY. Not RS. Not NM. Not any member of the BoD. The CLUB will pay.

e. The use of GFR’s FEIN, name, and brand by external entities without Board approval." (Note:he leased a car in GFR's name without Board knowledge or approval)
The suit is public information, filed with the County and a necessary read. It's quite damning against RS, and if true, is a complete breach of both law and fiduciary responsibilities.

There are likely plenty of people leaving who don’t even know who Mario is or know much about all of the drama. They probably don’t know who NM is either, but that sort of is a problem since he is supposed to be the TD.

Then gets his ass handed to him and sends out a nasty gram email implying embezzlement (even though he is on record at a coaches meeting saying there was no financial irregularities). Defamation for sure but doesn’t he also have a legal obligation to the club he chose to serve on the board? He didn’t even approach half the board to discuss the issues and concerns he had. He just convinced two clowns to go along with his attempt to oust people he heard (likely from RP) were doing bad things. There’s still NO EVIDENCE!
