Not sure I'm following that statement? How does talent leaving GA raise the floor there?

FVU 2025 commitments = VDA 2025 commitments > NVA 2025 commitments > ARL 2025 commitments > all other area 2025 commitments

Don't know anything about these two particular coaches and how they compare, but I can say that the license (or lack thereof) has no bearing on whether they are a good coach or not.
