We have our own reasons why our kids don’t play travel soccer. We enjoy this event and your childish comments won’t change that.
Don't conflate or try to muddy the conversation. The PP has nothing to do with travel parents saying anything about rec parents. It's about the same whiney losers that complain every all star season that Loudoun is too good and should not play in the all stars.
And yet I didn't say that at all. The point I was trying to make is there could be very little difference between a rec leagues all-star team (supposedly better kids or just coaches kid and friends) vs a rec team that has played together all season and they want to play in a tournament. I was only pointing out that calling a team an all-star team can and is treated differently by different organizations.

Their current ad says "any rec team or all star team". They will take anyone's money and don't care if its a decent experience for the kids.
And not all "all star" teams are equivalent so I don't know that matters as much. Loudoun has a program and the all-star kids practice together all season. Other clubs at the end you make the team and get a couple of practices is. It's an extension to the rec season some kids and families like that opportunity. If you don't, don't sign up.
