Embarrassing- the score will be embarrassing.
It won't be close, but I don't think it is embarrassing to lose to a better team. Broadneck is at least half Annapolis Hawks players, they have at least three D1 commits and some high level D3 commits and they are just a better team. I wouldn't expect Yorktown to win. If they can take something away from the game that helps them prepare for the VA playoffs then it is a worthwhile game for them.

I give credit to the coaches for scheduling those games.
I agree with this. Broadneck and South River would easily go undefeated and win VA state championship in any class. The gap is much larger than I expected.
To be fair Broadneck easily went undefeated and won the state championship in Maryland last year…
Do not forget Severna Park would also run through the NOVA 6A teams.

Didn’t count but would say it was Madison on the + end of things in their game. Langley on the - end in theirs. Didn’t see the West Potomac game fully only the end.
If I had to put a number I’d say Madison 55/45. Langley 40/60. But don’t hold me to that.
I had the same general vibe - Madison was about 50/50, Langley was 40/60 or worse.
