3% of all HS players go on to play D1 college lax…. not sure about top 25 - probably less.

Which part is not true? The part about there being no SSSAS girls on Cap Blue 2028? Or the part about the program falling off after an extraordinary 2026 class?
It seems likely that KJ would enjoy a very successful final season with the fantastic 2026 class and then ride off into the sunset. Anyone see it differently?
She will not retire. Ever. Read the WP article

Speaking as a supporter of a rival, she deserves to go out head high, with fanfare and recognition of what she has done for the sport you are all so obsessed with. Hope the Saints have a good season and that my DD's team beats them.
Hey fellow 2028 parent. A good season for the Saints next year would be a banner, which would necessarily mean your DDs team would not get one. I would recommend keeping such thoughts to yourself in the presence of anyone who seems to care about winning.
Airball...
C’mon. It’s so transparently a Saints person posing as a “supporter of a rival”. No sane person from SR, Potomac, or Visi who follows lacrosse and cares enough to read and post on this stupid thread is wishing for the Saints to have a good season next year. The original post was the airball because they did not actually think through whether their land of make believe scenario was plausible before hitting send.
Can I tell you a secret? I've been making various posts to try and distract the vultures circling after the Capital tryout. I don't appreciate attacks on players I know, and I thought they were starting to get personal so I purposely tried to change the topic. What do think about that?
If you are remotely serious, and not just trying an off-center troll comment, I would offer that playing in to the anti-SSSAS and KJ dialogue is not a great deal better than the anti-Capital dialogue.
Respectfully, my "anti-SSSAS and KJ dialogue" consistently acknowledged she is a legend, and they are a great team with an amazing 2026 class. Indeed their rivals do not wish them success on the field that would come at their own expense, but that is the essence of being a sports fan. I don't even object to the Capital hate, but what I did and do have a problem with is talking about small groups or individual players.
