Tyler’s bestie you’re describing with the anniversary party is named Shannon. Is there a Sara also? There is a young married couple who is with them a lot; not sure of first names, but collectively the Walleys. That’s the only other consistent guy in their group and they look to be 10-15 years younger than Tyler and the other inner circle women. You’re right that everyone but Tyler is white. I’ve personally seen this group out and about more than once. I wonder how their circle formed in the first place. Colleagues? Neighbors?

It’s a very different vibe from Jen’s past circles, but maybe Jen’s genuinely struggling to fit in anywhere anymore. I’m sure that’s really tough. She is no longer the super wife and mom that fits right in with her neighbor friends who have all been raising kids together and gathering weekly for years—everyone else is married and leading quieter lives. Her work world has made her horizon so much bigger than the rest of theirs and she travels a lot too. She is no longer church active. She probably neglected the college friends a bit as her schedule got busier. They used to take girls trips annually. And she probably can’t go as deep in conversation with the internet influencers anymore—the online personalities and authors who have their annual retreat together. What does Jen even say to them at this point? Faith isn’t her platform anymore—she shills cosmetics, CBD, bedsheets, and clothes. And Tyler’s friends just aren’t interested in her.

Her family (parents/siblings and kids) are always there for her though. Still, Jen experiencing severe loneliness would make sense. I hope she will back out of the public eye. She needs to cultivate healthy relationships again, not worry about cultivating her social media content. This current state of mind that she’s in needs love that no “audience” can give.

Surely Jen attended Sydney’s graduation from UTexas?!! Maybe her post is still coming?

Well Sara and Tyler have an intensely deep friendship. I don’t even know if friend is the right word. I think Sara is Tyler’s life partner and Jen is Tyler’s current mistress (see the two of them planning Tyler’s parents’ anniversary party over the last year - the one that Jen did not acknowledge nor attend). I posted this before but if my boyfriend of one year does not invite me to his parents’ anniversary and brings a friend instead, I’m done with his ass. His parents already considered me a daughter-in-law at that stage. I see zero love for Jen from anyone on Tyler’s side ☹️

I think Tyler gets off on manipulating women and neither Jen nor Sara are truly happy with him but are desperate to stay in his orbit. Sara will. Jen has an expiration date.

Notice that Tyler’s “crew” in Nashville is all middle-age White ladies. I’m suspicious of a boyfriend or husband who has no male friends. I down right don’t trust a Black activist with no Black friends.

Anyway, Sara and Jen will never become close. Tyler is not interested in facilitating that as he wants to keep his two worlds separate. Sara of course doesn’t want to be friends with Jen because she doesn’t want reminders that someone else could steal her Queen Been status in Tyler’s life.

Jen would love to assert herself as the Queen Bee in Tyler’s Nashville life. She still doesn’t feel secure in the relationship but Tyler keeps her at a distance. Jen is his “girlfriend in Canada” that nobody takes seriously.

On Tyler’s tattoo posting (someone printed his words on their body😑), so sara (his lifetime bestie) made an ode to Tyler about him changing the world. Tyler liked it. Jen hasn’t commented on any of it. It’s so uncomfortable to see their dynamics.

Jen posting about herself on her daughters graduation is likely bc Sydney doesn’t want to be the source of pages like this or Jen’s content. But still it’s super weird to be selling a bad university to moms to get into debt. She’s such a fraud.

Jen has no relationship with Tyler’s Nashville crew. She posted that she’s met them all and has a couple photos as evidence but her and Tyler’s lives are clearly not as intertwined as she wants us to believe.

For anyone wondering why Jen is with Tyler. No, it’s not just for her career. She was genuinely mesmerized by him and is now caught in a cycle that so many people find themselves in; uncomfortable in a relationship you know is not right for you but still desperately trying to make it work.

Sydney is an amazing mix of both her parents. She looks like her mom’s twin and her dad’s twin.

Happy to see blended families making it work. She doesn’t look uncomfortable with Tina.

I am admitting right here, right now, I just genuinely liked Jen’s May post. I genuinely feel she might be moving back to center, I actually laughed.
Also, Sydney looks very uncomfortable next to Texas Barbie. Sydney looks so much like Jen. Crazy!

I don't think Jen has ever been anything more than a try-hard social climbing phony. She used whatever was around her to promote herself and get famous. The Jen we're seeing now is the real Jen that she kept behind wraps, this striving, vain, materialistic, brittle thing.

Unrelated: has Jen ever made nice with all of Tyler’s inner circle of close girlfriends in Nashville? That’s another very telling detail about how her public version and private reality are not aligning. When you aren’t getting along with the significant other’s family and friends…If she were really a great person, they would all be happy to embrace her. Especially after more than a year of dating.

I'm not sure Jen can be blamed for the fact that Tyler's bestie, who he treated like a surrogate wife and who was in love with Tyler, is not thrilled with Jen. I think that should be a red flag for Jen but I think Tyler is the one responsible for letting his best friend think there was a chance for so many years and for being friends with someone so immature.
