Subject: Chrissy Teigen really loves attention
Agree she should take a break and that some of the stuff she posted way back, looked at today, looks awful.
Just noting that standards back then were different than they are now, and nobody is posting the sh*t that people said about or to Tiegen back then, which I'm sure was also often awful and informed how she posted as well.
Tiegen has always been known for talking sh*t to other people, sometimes powerful people -- I thought that was what people sort of loved about her. Also talking sh*t about herself and her life, I thought.
If she would take a six month break from social media I think it would do her good but wtf do I know? She probably does feel like she gets some power from social media. But if you need social media that much, then maybe it's not really helping you.

She comes across as a junkie going through withdrawal because she's addicted to social media and can't get the fix she desperately needs. She needs some type of recovery program to get over it.

I know Chrissy discourse is tired but her latest Instagram post really bummed me out because I just don’t think she’ll ever get it. She will never give up social media. She says that she ‘can’t do this silent shit anymore!’ But like Chrissy plz examine WHY that is. Why is being on these apps where she has been abusive & been abused so important! Why is being valued and adored by strangers such an important part of her self worth & self image! I do feel like being cancelled messes up your brain (whether or not cancellation is even real can be argued but like as a people pleaser idk how anyone can handle that volume of criticism even if it’s warranted, that takes a psychological toll) (so does being told to take a dirt nap) but like focus on actually healing rather than chasing notification serotonin hits. The same notification serotonin hits that got her into this mess in the first place!

It’s because she doesn’t believe she’s done anything wrong. And she’s not really been quiet. She’s been posting tons of stories while on vacation. She’s just desperate to get back into making fun of people and have people fawning all over her.

I almost feel bad for her. She has a husband who seems to really love her, a beautiful family, and yet she seems desperate for attention and validation from strangers. I think she needs a break from social media until cleared by a therapist. She does not use it in a healthy way
