Source for this claim about vitamin A overdoses? What were their symptoms? I’ve been giving my kids vitamin A since they were all toddlers and never had any issues.


You know how you can give a child a multivitamin with iron, and that's orders of magnitude in difference from a toxic dose of iron in an iron overdose?

Or how someone can have a glass of wine a few times a week, and that is still very different from someone trying to drink multiple bottles of straight tequila?
