So much material to go back and reflect on. How is this behavior not weird? He's a US President in a disaster zone. He's the figure that everybody is looking up to in that moment to promise it'll get better...and he acted like it was a game? Like he's throwing t-shirts to a baseball crowd? We didn't call it as such back then, but it is just weird behavior.
