Heros turnout was same as previous years. Definite roster and coaching changes happened.
Heard they finally moved on from their Male coach? That guy should not be around youth girls lacrosse.
Where did HG pick up players from?
um, should we all be watching out for some creep-o to pop up as a coach of our daughter's rec or travel team?
I’m not saying he’s a danger to kids at all, but his screaming, yelling, verbal abuse of opposing little girls was way over the top and out of line and doesn’t belong in youth sports
I remember him being loud. Never paid attention to what he said. What did he yell to opposing girls?

Depending on the day Bethesda to DC even though shorter distance can take longer than Bethesda to Columbia. I personally refuse to drive to parts of Virgina as I hate spending 2 hours in the car to go 20 miles (sorry, DD).

Executive Summary
1. Guaranteed playing time
2. Top tier recruiting machine
3. Closer to home[/list]
1) Every club has equal PT by recruiting years
2) Hero's, M&D also fit this bill
3) All depends on your location
1) this is not correct
2) agreed
3) for the vast majority of the DC-area girls we are talking about, Capital would be closer to home
I think I read somewhere that they move around to try and accommodate girls from all three jurisdictions. Some practices in MD, some in DC, and some in VA.
Capital (not plural) practiced at Field School (DC), Holy Cross (MD), and SSSAS (VA) this year.
Do they ever practice indoors?
