YES!! And for him to say, "well I didn't really look at it that way"... that's your job!!

I can't imagine not being able to listen to the defense questioning witnesses at 1.5 speed or greater. There is no way I could have been a juror in this case.

You know you're cooked when you ask the judge "Have I asked that question?" and her response is "Yes, many times."

Exactly. And I like how the prosecution pointed out the wording of some of the messages which happened to be at a time when Juliana was home at the same time as Christine. It was something like “you like nurse scrubs“? Which is not what someone with English as a first language would say.

Mr. Paid Witness sounds rattled already.

Cross of this expert - finally!

Prosecution practically got his interpretation of a complete 2 days worth of testimony tossed before she began. All he can confirm is that there was activity on the devices.

The expert is so dull I suspect most jurors are currently exercising their imaginations

Brendan there taking notes on every slide they show so we can get his “story straight” for when he testifies.

Is the prosecution cross-examining him yet?

So the witness is basically just saying that Christine stopped using her laptop after looking up resorts sent a message to Brendan on messenger and then started using her phone for a little bit before she went to sleep.

I believe only if they are entered into evidence at the trial. In JM's letters to her mom she talks about some of it. Those are in the evidence upload on Fairfax's website.

Grand Jury documents would be pre-trial evidence are confidential and most of the time sealed.
