Yes. Just take a look at this forum.
However, at the LCPS board meeting 4/27, it was the staff member who said it was too much stress to test 5th graders for advancement.

Anyone who says otherwise is clueless and clearly has NOT read and listened to all the materials VMPI posted - plus the emails people on DCUM reported back on having gotten from VMPI. There is zero grey area on this.
