Trump President no school period. This will last at least another four years. Trumpers no school, no jobs, no anything is on you.
So no reason for these threads we are not going back with any consistency. Trump is a liar, cheat and his cult followers destroying us. If you haven't figured that out yet you are completely dumb.
If this is your level of analysis with all of the information before you, I don’t think you should be calling anyone “dumb.”
At least he has resigned himself to the fact that Trump will win re-election.

With 15 days remaining before the U.S. presidential election, Democratic challenger Joe Biden continues to lead in national polling against Republican President Donald Trump and millions of Americans are casting early ballots.
Poll aggregators show Biden, the former vice president and a fixture on the U.S. political scene for nearly a half century, with a 9- or 10-percentage point lead nationally and perhaps half that lead in key battleground states that will determine the outcome.

But with SO much of life returned to normal, its difficult for people to make a protest at 3:00 on a workday. We shouldn't a failed rally to reflect the will of the county
SO much of life returned to normal, huh?
It's always hard to for people to make a protest at 3:00 pm on a workday, which kinda raises the question: what fools would decide that 3:00 pm on a workday was a good time to have a protest?
Well, yeah, so much has. Outside of schools, most everything has returned in some capacity. What else hasn't?
If that's your standard for normal life, I don't know what to say.
You can start by stop being obtuse. I clearly said "returned in some capacity". I didnt say returned to normal life.
So what, outside of schools, has not returned in some capacity?
Which parts of life have returned to normal?
Ok, normal was a stretch, but almost everything has returned in some capacity.
Work. Restaurants. Entertainment. Sports. Gyms. All back in some capacity.
Except schools. We've permitted ALL of those. And we drag our feet on schools.
Besides, schools, what hasn't returned in some capacity?
The common denominator is that all those other places don't have crazy unions running around shrieking.
No, the common denominator is they are all smaller scales. Schools are 500-3000 kids and a good number of the buildings are not safe and cannot be retrofitted.
Exactly. I don’t know why this is so hard for some people to grasp.
I went to the doctor last week. There were only three other people in the waiting room. When I visited with the doctor, she was wearing an N95 mask, a shield, and gloves. I was wearing a mask. My temperature was taken before I could see the doctor. I had to use hand sanitizer. I was the only person in the room with the doctor. All of this for a 20 minute visit. I felt safe. Will the schools be equipped to keep students and staff safe?
Doctors offices — at least primary care and similar — are supposed to have N95s because they are at high risk of exposure because they are potentially seeing such people and administering COVID tests. They are literally exposing themselves to bodily fluids. Now, not all offices are seeing sick people, but it is still a totally different population.
Also, there really isn’t a need to retrofit schools. You can buy portable HEPA filters for a fraction of the cost of retrofitting an entire building and they are just as effective if you get the right machine and proper size and/or number for the room. Plus, data doesn’t bear out the threats you are saying the school buildings and the student populations pose either way. At some point, you have to concede your hypothesis was unsupported. That’s how science works.

This is true.

The national polls are meaningless. It’s going to come down to a couple key battleground states that will be a lot closer. I hate the electoral college.
